At the core of Quatro Pickleball is our founder, Matt PaneGasser. A true visionary in the world of pickleball, Matt brings a wealth of experience and an unwavering commitment to transforming the way we approach the sport.
With a background steeped in the game's intricacies and a genuine love for helping others succeed, Matt has crafted a unique philosophy that defines the Quatro Pickleball experience.

Carlota 'Charlie' Treviño
As a former college tennis player, Carlota has always been incredibly privy to competitive sports, teamwork, and a love of hard work.
A Choyera and athlete at heart, she became obsessed with pickleball and the Los Cabos pickleball community in early 2023. Since then, she has received the IPTPA Level II Certification and has been able to teach countless hours as Quatro Pickleball new Head Pro.
'Charlie' looks forward to spending a lot of time on the professional tour as well – so keep an eye out for her!
